Not quite alive yet here, but definitely not dead either, as some more observant people may have noticed in terms of my favourites count steadily going up. Reasons for it shall be summarized below, seeing as I doubt most of you check up on LJ where the bulk of my art-related activity and ramblings have been (don't much blame you, sketches can be disheartening):

1 - Following a series of confusing statement over the subject of when we are to finish the drawing-animation film during summer and the start of fall, our professors finally told us a deadline, which happens to be Christmas. That's put everyone to work, more or less, and not slacking a whole lot during it at that (so hooray for deadlines x3).
However.. It also means some, like me, are more or less having to draw our hands off to keep up with the schedule we've set for ourselves..

2 - It's November and anyone remotely related with the literary world know what month THAT is.

3 - Around the middle of summer by previous Trust-brand tablet began acting wonky and all schizophrenic, being incapable of deciding whether it was a pen or a mouse. This made digital artz (in particular colouring) a most annoying task to do (it wasn't impossible, just.. very very very very very annoying to do + long-winded).
I'm happy to announce the newly acquired tablet is much more friendly :3

4 - School. 'Cause.. ya'know, even if you call it an 'Academy' instead of 'Unfriendly Pit of Homework' it's still homework and it still eats your time.
The only difference is now you have to visualize while working a whole lot more..


Summarizing all that again, I'm not exactly wholly back art-wise, but you may see one piece or another, whether job- or school-related or just random amusement, pop up every now and then.
